  7. The new pressure roller surface uses a robotic alloy overlay welding process, greatly extending the service life of the pressure rollers.
  8. The seventh-generation pellet mill molds are all made of wear-resistant stainless steel with a superior vacuum furnace quenching process, ensuring consistent hardness throughout. The mold holes are machined using ultra-high-speed gun drilling, requiring only minor grinding before use.
  9. Upgraded mold pressing blocks: The pressing blocks are longer, almost covering the entire mold, effectively increasing mold strength and reducing moisture corrosion of the bearing chamber! The redesigned pressing block structure ensures mold compression while making disassembly easier.
  10. All reducer bearings adopt an adjustable structure, greatly reducing the impact of normal bearing wear over long-term use on the reducer's lifespan!
