
- Introduction to Straw Pellet Mills
As the name suggests, straw pellet mills primarily process crop straw left after harvesting from farmland. The straw is pulverized by a chipper, then pressurized and densified into small rod-shaped solid biofuel pellets with a diameter of Φ6-40mm. Specific classifications include corn straw pellet mills, cotton stalk pellet mills, wheat straw pellet mills, etc. Regardless of the type of straw, the final fuel pellet volume is significantly reduced, only 2%-3% of the raw material, while the specific gravity increases by 11-16 times, and the calorific value can reach 3000-5500 kcal.
Because the length, diameter, and moisture content of straw often do not meet the requirements for direct briquetting and pelletizing, straw pellet mills generally need to be equipped with a pulverizer (to crush the raw material to 3-5mm) and a dryer (to control the material moisture content to around 15%) for combined operation.

2.1 Strong Material Adaptability and Stable Long-Term Operation
Compared to wheat straw pellet mills, sawdust pellet mills and corn stalk pellet mills require higher pressure. 2.2 High Degree of Automation
We have independently developed a complete set of agricultural straw pellet mill status monitoring systems. Specifically designed for the high density of raw materials used in sawdust pellet mills, the system ensures that the raw material is evenly distributed across the mold surface within the machine, avoiding localized concentration that could lead to "machine stalling." A full-process pressure roller and bearing temperature monitoring and alarm system, along with multi-seal designs, ensures that the transmission parts of the wheat straw pellet mill are always in optimal operating condition, achieving a 100% forming rate, high automation, and high production efficiency.
2.3 Self-Adjustable Multiple molds can be randomly equipped. Users of the corn stalk pellet mill can adjust the diameter of the straw coal fuel pellet mill by changing the molds. The pressure rollers of the cotton stalk pellet mill can also be automatically adjusted to ensure that the material does not clump and to guarantee the stability of the output.
